From Carbondale: Take Route 13. Turn right on right on Illinois Route 127. At second stoplight turn left on Industrial Park Drive. Proceed west on this road. When you see Lincare take the next driveway. SI Nutrition is on the left just past Lincare and just before the four way stop sign.

From Murphysboro: Take 14th street all the way out past the High School. Just past Pat's BBQ and WINI turn right on Industrial Park Drive. Proceed around curve to four way stop sign. After stopping proceed through stop sign and immediately turn right into the parking lot. SI Nutrition is located in the east end of the B & J Computers building on the southeast corner of this four way intersection. It is the driveway before Lincare.
